SIGHT FLOW INDICATORS PROOF OF INJECTION Hammonds Sight Flow indicators enable the user to actually see the additive as it is being injected into the product line. Users of critical application additives, such as aviation fuel anti-icing agents, demand verification. ELIMINATES HANDLING ADDITIVES The 5-SF and 55-SF utilize factory shipping containers as the additive reservoir. No need to transfer hazardous or moisturesensitive materials from one container to another. Simply install the Sight Flow directly into the container and say goodbye to funnels, pumps, spills and employee exposure to hazardous additives. CONSTANT MONITORING OF PERFORMANCE Continuous visual monitoring of system performance is possible with a Hammonds sight flow indicator. The operator can not only see when, but how much additive the system is delivering to the product line. INTEGRAL SUCTION STRAINER A stainless steel screen strainer is a part of every Sight Flow Indicator and can be monitored visually, and cleaning takes seconds. All part of one unit, separate suction strainers are eliminated. SIMPLE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE Hammonds Sight Flow Indicators require no tools for cleaning suction strainers, making maintenance fast and easy. PERFORMS WITH MOST ADDITIVE TANKS The SF indicator will work with almost any standard additive tank and a Hammonds injection system. The unit can be located at any point between the injector and the additive source. Hammonds Sight Flow Indicators must have a negative pressure in the additive line. These units will not function in pressurized additive lines. |
