The attached report and letter are English translations of a public release of FPC tests in Perugia, Italy (hence no signatures on this translation). This letter and report may be used in making sales calls and for marketing purposes. Any contact or request for contact with the City of Perugia or officials involved in the tests should be approved first by ICE (Internal Combustion Enhancement), our distributor for Italy.

Tests conducted in Italy have documented that the use of FPC in busses in Perugia reduced fuel consumption by up to 7%. Emission tests conducted by ICE and engineers from the Institute of Energy in Italy confirmed that the continued use of FPC would result in a reduction of 136 tons of carbon monoxide per year for Perugia’s bus fleet. Less engine wear and better performance were also documented in the test.

As a result of the above, FPC representatives in Italy have received inquires from several new bus

companies interested in using and/or testing FPC. We congratulate ICE and their Italian partners on this important break-through and wish them success in further opening up the Italian market.
