KATHON FP 1.5 biocide provides effective, broad-spectrum control against a wide variety of bacteria, fungi and yeast found in fuel systems.

KATHON FP 1.5 biocide also carries the fight on all fronts, providing complete system protection. It’s the only fuel biocide that works in the fuel, interface and water phase, independent of their relative quantities, and unlike competitive products, KATHON FP 1.5 biocide won’t break down and form solids when in contact with the water phase.

The table below outlines the recommended dose levels for maintenance and curative doses. A maintenance dose is used when the system is relatively "clean" and you want to prevent contamination. The curative dose is used to kill microorganisms in an already contaminated system.
